Fixed Road
Where have you fixed your car if you are in an accident during a road trip across the country?
Did you work the body performed out of state, then return to get it or if you have the car shipped to your country of origin to be determined, especially if passable? We had the issue to find the other day in the car, and nobody could answer confindently. I think it depends specifications of the insurance company!
It depends on the company and his policy, but if you have a wide coverage, and the car is not roadworthy, it is determined where you are. If you are covered for loss of use, you get a rental car. If you have liability coverage only, and the accident is not the fault of another driver, or paid for repairs out of pocket, or sell the car the courtyard of the crane to the surrender value.
